  2. Lol, this video is terrible. Clearly you have no knowledge whatsoever buying cars at auctions. This is nothing but fear mongering.

  3. I think Scott's info is out dated. The "pro" dealers pay $2k to 3k per car n sell for $6 to $12k? Um, most def not what I'm hearing from the dealers im watching on YouTube. They buying at $5k n then touch it up n sell for $7k. Would love feedback. Either way.

  4. I understand where Scotty is coming from but the local auction center near me lets you come inspect the vehicle before you bid. If it’s clean and it runs would it be a good idea to buy one?

  5. And the car dealers that buy from auctions know how to use arbitration to protect themselves. The average Joe isn’t experienced with this process.

  6. From the dirty yard that you reporting and pretending to be and expert … With an annoying voice , you need just to shut up …🐤🐤🐤🐤🐤🐤🐤🐤🐤🐤🐤🐤🐤🐤

  7. I bought an auction car back in 2010, a 2010 Camaro SS and only bad thing about it was there was one little key mark by the key hole from a missed attempt to insert. 300 miles on it saved 20 grand.

  8. In another video you were promoting an online auto auction as the place to buy from…. SERIOUSLY? I guess online auto suctions, where you can't test drive a car or hear the engine run, are better than a physical car auction where you can hear the engine….Thank you, Scotty, for the contradiction.

  9. I think the car being salvaged isn't always bad because a car being totaled just means the cost of repair is too high which could mean body and bumper damage so if that got fixed and they're reselling it then why not.

  10. I watch these videos from this guy and this is what I hear:

Don’t buy new cars, don’t buy used cars, don’t buy auction cars, don’t buy any cars made by (insert manufacturer here) which is basically has become every single solitary vehicle manufacturer that exists.

  11. Theres a preview day in most dealer auctions.. If you go before the actual sell date you can check out the vehicle so you know what you are bidding on .Some vehicles even have the keys in them too.

  12. there are other reasons cars go to auction as well lol. idk why people think auction cars are bad. you look at the car and inspect it before you buy its not that hard. you bought it sight unseen so thats on you. Every auction has previews too lol. you dont just see it for the 10 seconds. most auctions let you start and drive it and do whatever. because of this stuff people get scared of buying used cars lol. maintenance is the key.

  13. To the idiots that bid with 6 days to the end of auction. Wait to the very end for goodness sakes. All your doing is running up the price. Hell maybe that’s what you want

  14. Thanks for the video content! Forgive me for the intrusion, I am interested in your thoughts. Have you tried – Ponillian Intellective Position (should be on google have a look)? It is a good exclusive guide for finding government auctions near you without the normal expense. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my friend got amazing success with it.

  15. My current truck, 2008 Mitsubishi Endeavor LS AWD is from auction. Yes, theres rust, but this is NY. Has 0 issues, runs smooth, plows through winter like nothing.. it just doesn't break.
